- 1 large broccoli corsage (about 5 cups)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 piece of ginger
- 3 cups of coconut milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toasted bread to serve
- Bring broccoli, garlic, ginger, and coconut milk to medium heat.
